| On Saturday, the
9th of June, Sgt. Grit was holding his Annual GritTogether;
where he provides hamburgers, hot dogs, Indian tacos, chips,
and soft drinks to all Marines.... active duty, retired, no
longer serving, families & friends. I was working for Sgt.
Grit that day, and was talking to Andy Bufalo, as he was
autographing his Marine books. A YOUNG man walked up , and
asked for one of Andy's books. I didn't have my glasses on
at the time, but I recognized the logo on the left-front of
his shirt. It read: Marine Security Guard Detachment -
American Embassy - Baghdad, Iraq. GySgt. Chris Taylor had
just finished his tour as Det Commander at Baghdad. I
introduced myself, and Andy; we told him obout MEGA, and
exchanged a few war stories. Then, I took him over to the
pull-up bars, where he won that contest with 25 pull-ups.
