MEMORIES
FROM THE
PAST: Jim
Hamilton remembers Christmas in Rangoon with a visit from the infamous
"Bob Hope" and his group. All off duty Marines went to the
Ambassador's Residence and they held a reception and got to meet Bob.
He will be remembered by the American serviceman for his
dedication to them throughout the years bringing a little bit of home
abroad, especially us who served in Vietnam. Jim is trying to dig up
some photos of Bob's visit to Rangoon. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER LIKE
HIM!
